Qian Hou Chi Bi Fu (partial) cursive script
Zhu Yunming Ming dynasty
Shanghai Museum
Zhu Yunming, titled himself Zhishan, was known for his
outstanding cursive script skill in the Wumen area during
the mid-Ming Dynasty. This article was originally prepared
by Su Shi in the Song dynasty when he was visiting Chi Bi,
an ancient battlefield. From marvelous freedom and diverse
arrangement of characters on the paper, we can touch
calligrapher's flying feelings and unrestrained strokes when
Zhu Yunming was rewriting this article with his excitement.
