Step 0 - Are you using Microsoft's Internet Exploror Version 5?
  1. Are you using Microsoft's browser for Internet?

    After you turn on the computer, the screen shows a number of icons. Do you see this icon?

    (a) If not, then you probably use Netscape's browser. Skip rest of this page.
    (b) If you see it, then you have Microsoft IE browser. Find out which version it is. Click on it.

  2. Microsoft IE browser starts. The top of the screen will show this.

    Note the "help" and click on it.

  3. A drop-down menu will open, which looks like this.

    Note "About Internet Exploror" and click on it.

    You will see the Version Number as shown at the top of this page. If it is not Version 5, you should update to the new version.
