Its location is just outside of the Arabia Sea.

| Historically, it was a just a small fishing village. Smugglers and small traders use it as base to trade with Iran and other arabic countries. China provided billions to construct a modern sea port here; it has been China's biggest construction project overseas. The project has been extremely difficult and encountered severe opposition by local people. After many years' work, it is finally declared by Pakistan as "completed" in March 2007. Details |
